None exist. It's a prescription drug and any place that will sell it to you without a prescription are selling it to you illegally (where you could both be subject to charges if you were caught).
Besides, it's an amphetamine that isn't safe for most people and are usually prescribed for people who are "at increased medical risk because of their weight" (according to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phentermine ).
If you are that much overweight, a doctor could prescribe whatever you need…. but if you aren't that much overweight, I would suggest talking to a nutritionist or dietitian because they can sit down with you and find the best ways to help you lose weigh without endangering yourself. Exercise (even just walking 5 minutes a day to start) can help you lose a lot of weight safely as well.
Really, to a very high degree, you should weigh as much as you feel happy with weighing.
As long as you are at a weight where you are healthy, the most important part is that you are HAPPY with your weight… not that you "should be X pounds", but that no matter what you weigh, you are happy with that instead of striving to be a size 2 or something like that. Good luck!

Phentermine(Adipex) is highly regulated these days. It's next to impossible to get it, even over the internet, without a prescription. And even if you do find a site, it's probably not a reputable one. Scammers are starting to post links even here on yahoo answers (Scam sites are sellingfake pills that just sound like phentermine - phenhermine, phentrimine and many more..)
The only way is to get it from a doctor.
None of the people I know who once ordered phen online still do it. The good online pharmacies have stopped selling it, and just scammers are left who gladly take an advantage of this situation. If you will find a real and reliable source where you can still order the real stuff online then you will be very, very lucky. Just keep fingers crossed the pharmacy will be in business until your order arrives, because it can get closed any moment..
I stopped using phen 10 months ago and
started to take acomplia after I quit phen. It also works fine for me and I am losing a pound or a few every week.
